Janette Sasso is the Team Leader at the Sasso Real Estate Group. She is a seasoned Realtor® licensed in Ontario and currently in the top 5% of the 70,000+ agents registered on the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board. She successfully transacted 30+ deals in 2020. Her business is built on: Dedication, Communication, Determination, & Trust while embodying the ability to cater and adapt to all her client’s Real Estate needs. Her ultimate goal is to deliver the best possible outcome for her clients. Janette entered the Real Estate industry after a significant career in Retail holding executive positions with a number of Canada’s premier brands. Janette is known for delivering outstanding customer service, 24/7 availability and an exceptional eye for the details. Coupled with a laser focus and keen persistence, she is a Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) and as an accomplished negotiator always puts the best interests of her clients ahead of all else. She currently lives in Mississauga with her husband and the newest addition to their family, a 2-year-old miniature Labradoodle named, Bella.
With the hustle and willingness to go above and beyond, while treating his clients like close friends, Jason Bickerton has, from a young age, always been a passionate and service driven individual. Prior to Real Estate, Jason spent over 25 years in Luxury Men’s fashion. He has been a member of the Management teams at Holt Renfrew, Harry Rosen and most recently a Director of Retail at Strellson where he helped build the “go-to-market” strategy for their retail division. The qualities that helped him achieve success in fashion continue to contribute to his achievements in real estate. Possessing both natural sales and analytic abilities Jason thinks creatively when working with Sellers to find new ways to maximize a listing's exposure. Finding a place to call home in the GTA can be a difficult task when buying one’s dream home at the right price. Jason is a negotiator that is fully aligned with his client’s needs. Jason lives with his wife in Toronto’s Harbourfront neighbourhood, volunteers for the York Quay Neighbourhood Association and sits on his condo sub-committee for new developments that affect the 1300 Owners/Units within the complex.
